Vietnam tours

Nineteen itineraries we run ourselves in Vietnam, arranged private and built around your dates. The delta routes come first because they are where this company started, followed by the longer north-to-south journeys.

Why travel Vietnam with us

Most agents treat the Mekong Delta as a single day trip bolted onto the end of a Saigon stay, if they offer it at all. We built our Vietnam programme the other way round, starting with seven routes into the delta itself, from a two-day taste near My Tho to a six-day run all the way down to Ca Mau, and adding the country's longer north-to-south journeys around them.

Every itinerary here is arranged privately and run by people on the ground in Vietnam, so a changed flight, a closed road or a shifted boat schedule gets worked around while you are travelling rather than after the fact. Nights, hotels and pacing can all be adjusted before you book, and again once you are on the road if plans change.

All Vietnam packages

If your trip is really about crossing into Cambodia or Laos rather than staying inside one country, look at our [Mekong river journeys](mekong/tours) instead: seven routes built around genuine border crossings by road, river or a short flight, several of them starting from the same delta towns covered on this page.

Frequently asked questions

Can these itineraries be shortened, extended or combined?
Yes, all of them. Nights can be added or removed, hotels moved up or down a category, and any of these routes joined to a stop in Cambodia or Laos.
Which trip is best for a first visit to the delta?
Can Tho and the Cai Rang Floating Market, at 3 days, gives you the clearest introduction: an early market start, a night in the delta's biggest city, and a manageable length if it's an add-on to a longer trip.
Do you sell these trips directly, or through an agent?
Directly. You book with us, and our own team on the ground handles the planning and every arrangement from start to finish.
Can a Vietnam tour be combined with Cambodia or Laos?
Yes, and if that's really the point of your trip, our [Mekong river journeys](mekong/tours) are built specifically for it, following a genuine river or land crossing rather than a flight between two separate country programmes.
Are international or domestic flights included in the price?
No. What's quoted covers the ground arrangements set out in each itinerary. We advise on sensible flight routings, but the tickets themselves are booked separately by you.
I don't want Da Lat or Mui Ne on the longer routes. Can they be dropped?
Yes. The longer itineraries are a starting template, not a fixed package; tell us which stops matter to you and we'll rebuild the day count around them.
